As Apple approaches its 50th anniversary on April 1, 2026, Chief Executive Officer Tim Cook has hinted that the company is planning a special celebration to commemorate the milestone.
During a recent company-wide meeting, Cook told employees to “stay tuned” for details about how the technology giant intends to mark the historic moment. His remarks, shared by Bloomberg journalist Mark Gurman, suggest that Apple is actively reflecting on its journey while preparing to celebrate the occasion in a meaningful way.
“We’ve been going back through old archives, photographs, products, services and the people,” Cook said during the meeting. “Are we going to celebrate it? You better believe it… we’re not ready to say exactly how yet, so stay tuned.”
